Louis Deacon returns to captain the team, while fellow internationals Mathew Tait, George Chuter, Jordan Crane, Geordan Murphy and Anthony Allen, if he is not retained with the England squad, are also in the matchday 23.
Adam Thompstone returns to the backline, Australian scrum-half Patrick Phibbs makes his first start for the club and Fraser Balmain is given a start in the front row alongside the experience duo of Boris Stankovich and George Chuter.
Tigers will wear lettered shirts which will also carry the Poppy Appeal logo. The shirts will be auctioned online by the club to raise funds for the annual Royal British Legion Poppy appeal.
