Moseley have confirmed the signing of Wales Under-20s wing Rhys Williams from Leicester Tigers.A Tigers academy graduate and development squad member in 2014/15, Williams has made two first-team appearances at Tigers as well as playing in the Premiership Sevens.
Wrexham-born Williams played in the Under-20s Six Nations with Wales earlier this year and has gained senior experience as a dual-registered player with Doncaster Knights.
