A lesson that engaged my entire class from my higher level students through to my 6 PMLD (progressive multiple learning difficulties) students, I have been inundated with praise & positive comments from across my entire support team.

Leicester Tigers Foundation SEND Schools Programme
The Leicester Tigers Foundation aims to ensure that sporting opportunities continue to be available to those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within Leicestershire and Rutland.
Thanks to funding from our Foundation, we provide all types of rugby delivery supporting adults and children who have special educational needs or a disability.
Tailored to meet the needs of the group, our programmes can:
- Provide specialist SEND rugby activities for groups to get involved in
- Help raise awareness and the profile of disability sport within the community
- Introduce groups to local opportunities such as Leicester Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team
How to get involved
If you’d like us to get involved within your community, school or group to help increase participation, raise awareness and develop disability sport, you can get in touch with Sam Johnston at [email protected]
