The club, in partnership with VSI Executive Education, are excited to announce ‘Leading the field’ – a unique leadership course to be hosted at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

The two-day course – taking place on September 17 and 18 – is designed to provide aspiring and current leaders with the skills, knowledge and confidence to excel in today’s dynamic business environment.

A first in the English game, Leading the field will provide exclusive access into the high-performance environment at Leicester Tigers while also sharing insights from current members of the senior squad’s leadership group – who have achieved domestic and global success – and Chief Executive Officer Andrea Pinchen. The two-day course will be facilitated by VSI Executive Education, who offer a range of short form courses in leadership and management.

Priced at £1,400 +VAT and, due to the nature of the content and learning environment, only limited spaces available. Booking early is recommended.
