Flanker Finn Carnduff joined the club’s Development Pathways programme while still in school, the Leicestershire local having grown up a diehard Tigers fan.
Carnduff transitioned to the senior academy after school, making his senior debut against London Irish in the Premiership Cup in 2022, 19 days after his 18th birthday.
Carnduff captained England U20s to a Six Nations and World Championship title in 2023 before stepping up to Leicester’s senior squad in 2024/25.
