Hooker Finn Theobald-Thomas joined the club ahead of the 2023/24 season after a brief stint with Gloucester following Worcester’s suspension from the Gallagher Premiership.

Theobald-Thomas played his academy rugby for Worcester, making his senior debut in a Premiership Rugby Cup fixture in 2021.

The hooker represented England at age-grade levels and was selected in the England Under-20s squad ahead of the 2023 Under-20s Six Nations.

Theobald-Thomas’ Tigers debut came in a Premiership Cup fixture against Bedford, the dynamic front-row making his first appearance in the Prem against Exeter in 2023.

He also had the distinction for Chinnor in National League One and for Tigers in the Investec Champions Cup in the same week during his first season at the club.

Theobald-Thomas signed a new Tigers deal in 2025.
