Matt Everard continues in his role as defence coach for the 2024/25 season.

A Leicester local and former Tigers player, Everard had stints at Wasps and Nottingham as a player and as a coach before initially returning to Tigers as Senior Academy Coach ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.

Everard then stepped up into his current role in December 2022.
