Neil Fowkes took on the role of Scrum Coach ahead of the 2024/25 campaign after a season as the club’s Senior Academy Forwards Coach.

He joined Tigers ahead of 2023/24 season after stints with Championship clubs Ealing Trailfinders (Forwards Coach) and Nottingham Rugby (Head Coach and Forwards Coach), as well as two years as Scrum Coach with former Gallagher Premiership club Wasps from 2020-22.
