Phil Cokanasiga joined Leicester Tigers ahead of the 2022/23 season.

The versatile back made the move to Leicester from fellow Gallagher Premiership club London Irish.

Capable of playing in the midfield and outside-backs, Cokanasiga has previously represented England at Under-18 and Under-20 levels.

He made his professional debut during the 2019/20 season after graduating from the London Irish Academy, featuring in both the Gallagher Premiership and European Challenge Cup during his first season.

The 20-year-old is the younger brother of England international Joe and was a member of the England Under-20s squad who recorded a Grand Slam at the 2021 Six Nations, captained by fellow Tigers back Jack van Poortvliet.
