- Do not attend the stadium if you have any Covid symptoms.
- Plan your journey in advance and arrive at the stadium in good time. In order to plan your day please see link to travel and parking information from Parkzilla.
- You are asked to comply with the direction of all stewards, announcements and signage in and around the stadium.
- Maintain good hand hygiene at all times around the stadium – use the sanitiser dispensers provided and consider wearing a face mask in areas close to other supporters.
- To speed up entry and reduce queueing please do not bring bags into the stadium other than from the club shop which will be sealed after your purchase.
- If a ball is kicked into the crowd during warm-up or in the game, please do not return direct to the players or the pitch. Instead, pass to the ball boy tea, or a steward so a ball can be sanitised before being returned to the field.
- Smoking is not allowed in the stadium. There are smoking areas at designated gates.
- One of the consequences of Covid is that the players and coaches are unable to interact with supporters on matchday so please do not ask for autographs or photos, and do not gather in the tunnel area or at the front of stands on your way to the exits so we can avoid congestion.
- Please be patient when leaving the stadium and follow any guidance. It may take longer than normal to leave in order to ensure your safety.
- The Club reserves the right to eject and ban any supporter that fails to comply with this Code of Conduct and reminds all fans that stadium capacities may ultimately be negatively impacted as a result of any safety issues.
- HAVE FUN : STAY SAFE
Please be kind and patient with our staff and your fellow supporters. We are excited to be welcoming you back to Mattioli Woods Welford Road and thank you for your help in making matchday as safe as possible for us all.
