Marcos Ayerza has been named the Goldsmiths Player of the Month for April.The Leicester Tigers and Argentina prop was announced as the latest winner of the award during half-time of Saturday’s Aviva Premiership game with London Welsh.   Ayerza, who is currently celebrating his testimonial year, finished ahead of teammates Mathew Tait and Jordan Crane in the supporters’ vote. He receives a gift voucher courtesy of award sponsor Goldsmiths.   Ayerza joins Tait, Sam Harrison, Graham Kitchener, Julian Salvi, Jamie Gibson and Harry Thacker as winners of the Goldsmiths Player of the Month this season.   The Tigers Player of the Month award is supported by Goldsmiths, the largest prestige and luxury jewellers in the UK, who are also official East Stand sponsors and official timekeepers.
