The Dogs Trust charity will benefit from Jonny May’s Aviva Premiership Player of the Month award.
May, who scored for England in their 30-6 win over Australia at Twickenham on Saturday, won October’s award after scoring 10 tries in nine games for Leicester Tigers.
A panel of experts judged May as the player who made the biggest impact in the league over the month, beating the claims of Gloucester centre Henry Trinder and Exeter Chiefs back-rower Don Armand to the title.
The award came with £250 for May to donate to a charity of his choice, and the winger has chosen The Dogs Trust as the beneficiary.
