Vacancy details as follows:
Core Hours of Work: 8.30am-5.00pm Monday-Friday plus matchdays; plus non-match Saturdays by rota.
Reports to: Ticket Sales Manager
Basic Salary: including OTE circa £16,000
Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
To maximise revenue through targeting new and existing clients by pro-active ticket sales.
To pro-actively increase the sales of season tickets and match tickets to meet departmental targets.
To pro-actively sell and administer group ticket sales and public ticket sales.
To provide administrative and clerical support in the sale of match tickets.
To provide administrative and clerical support in the sale of season tickets.
To deal with customers in an effective and courteous manner.
To attend on matchdays, non-match Saturdays and evenings when necessary.
To co-ordinate and assist in the running of travel packages for the club.
To assist with the running of the club’s Supporters Evenings.
To carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder’s capabilities.
To assist in Tigers vision to make Leicester Tigers the best rugby team in the world.
