Nottingham side Paviors will return for the semi-finals of the under-10s competition after winning their two games on Saturday.
Paviors beat city neighbours Nottingham Boots Corsairs 2-0 before a 3-1 against Lincolnshire side Stamford in the quarter-finals. Stamford had earlier beaten Syston 1-0 in a hard-fought clash.
Paviors will be joined in the last four by Warwickshire side Kenilworth. They beat Market Harborough 3-0 in the Super 16s round before beating Silhillians of Solihull 2-0 in the quarter-finals. Silhillians had earlier reached the quarter-finals on the toss of a coin after a 0-0 draw with Newark.
Iain Wigglesworth, head coach of Paviors Under-10s, said: “The day was fantastic for the boys. To play on the Welford Road pitch is amazing.”
Kenilworth Under-10s head coach Peter Cox said: “It was a great team effort. Defending is as important as scoring tries for us and we haven’t conceded a try in the competition so far, which is really pleasing for us.”
Kenilworth and Paviors will return to Welford Road for the Prima Tiger Cup semi-finals, which will be played before the hugely-anticipated Heineken Cup clash with Toulouse on the weekend of January 19.
Market Harborough, Newark, Nottingham Boots Corsairs and Syston will now take part in the Prima Tiger Bowl quarter-finals and semi-finals day at the LV= Cup game with London Wasps (weekend of January 26).
The Prima Tiger Cup, which is supported by Loughborough-based Prima Solutions, returns to Welford Road this Sunday before Tigers take on Benetton Treviso in the Heineken Cup.
The day kicks-off with the Super 16s fixtures Wisbech v Wymondham, Tamworth v Leek, Market Bosworth v Lichfield, and Loughborough v Newmarket.
Tickets are available now for the Heineken Cup clash with Treviso online, on 0844 856 1880 and from the Tigers ticket office.
