This week’s Fit Fans session is a complete bodyweight circuit you can use in your regular fitness routine or add to your Leicester Tigers Foundation Race Around the World Challenge distance.
The session is based on using stairs/steps to accumulate some distance and there are three levels so you can challenge yourself and you can complete most of them on your staircase at home or on steps at a local building or park.
