Gallery | Twelvetrees takes on Ride Against Time

Mattioli Woods Welford Road welcomed Billy Twelvetrees and a host of familiar faces following the first leg of the Ride Against Time.

Supporters, including former Tigers Harry Ellis and Andy Forsyth, were on hand to cheer in Twelvetrees and fellow former Leicester and Gloucester players Jim Hamilton and Fraser Balmain after their ride from Kingsholm Stadium.

Ed Slater, for who the mammoth charity ride is taking place in support of, was also in attendance to greet his former teammates.

Twelvetrees' mammoth challenge, a 350-mile cycle challenge in 24 hours, includes him riding from Kingsholm to Tigers HQ before heading for Twickenham Stadium and back to the home of Gloucester Rugby.

The ride is to raise money forMND, with all proceeds raised to be directed towards Slater's 4Ed Foundation, the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA), My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and Matt Hampson's Get Busy Living Centre.

Those looking to donate to the fundraiser can do so HERE, while a gallery from the event can be found by scrolling through the above photos.
