The Millennium Stadium hosts the fixture on Sunday, May 3 (kick-off 3pm).
Tickets are on sale to Tigers season ticket holders only from the Tigers ticket office from today (April 15).
Tigers members will be able to purchase tickets from Monday, April 20.
Tickets will go on general sale on Tuesday, April 21, subject to availability.
Buying through the Tigers ticket office ensures you will be located with the bulk of the Tigers supporters.
Tickets are priced £40, £30 and £20 for adults, half price in each category for concessions.
Supporters are urged to buy their tickets as quickly as possible as there is a time limit on when tickets need to be returned to ERC.
Tigers Travel Club will be running coaches to Cardiff, prices are £18 for season ticket holders and members, and £21 for non-members. Coaches will depart Welford Road at 8.30am and leave the Millennium Stadium an hour after the final whistle.
