An administration charge of £5 per ticket will be added to your order. If tickets supplied are of a lower face value, the relevant price will be charged.
If you are applying for both Investec Challenge and Six Nations tickets and paying by cheque, please enclose two separate blank cheques.
To apply please download and complete the form, and return it to the Tigers ticket office at the address below with a stamped address envelope.
We expect demand to exceed ticket availability. In such circumstances all applications will be entered into a draw. Unsuccessful applicants will be notified and any cheques will be returned in the s.a.e. enclosed.
Members may apply for up to two tickets per match.
Please complete one application form per member.
Tickets are non-refundable.
The closing date for Investec Challenge requests is October 9, 2009 and Six Nations requests is January 8, 2010.
