The Guinness Six Nations looms large this time of year, but it's the Gallagher Premiership that claims centre stage this week as Leicester Tigers take on Gloucester Rugby in what promises to be a cracker at Kingsholm Stadium. 

There's plenty of evidence to back up that claim as well. Gloucester have been a revelation this season, playing some stunning rugby in attack, and currently sit just three points behind Tigers in the table. 

Not to mention, The Slater Cup, Leicester and Gloucester's celebration of our former captain who is bravely fighting Motor Neuron Disease, spreading awareness and raising funds through the 4Ed Foundation. 

Add in the wrinkle of England players being unavailable, and it's a recipe for a typically competitive January league fixture. 

Adam Radwan makes his Tigers debut, starting in a back three with Mike Brown and Ollie Hassell-Collins. Gloucester look strong with only Arthur Clark unavailable due to England commitments, though Afolabi Fasogbon and Zack Mercer are both out through injury.

Leicester’s only defeat in their last nine fixtures with Gloucester in Premiership Rugby was 25-27 at Mattioli Woods Welford Road in March 2024.
