Reacting to his side's historic maiden Premiership Women's Rugby home victory, Leicester Tigers head coach Tom Hudson was effusive in his praise for the side.
"Ultimately that first home win was the elephant in the room, to get that was so important.
"For large parts of that game, virtually all elements of our performance were outstanding. The set piece was exceptional - both our scrum, which always grants us a solid platform and the line out, with us scoring off of mauls.
"Our attacking patterns were consistently threatening. We attacked breakdowns competitively.
"Each week we tweak and alter little parts of our game plan through various smaller successes but today felt like it all came together."
Tigers swept to victory following a sensational first half that saw them dominate possession and the scoreboard.
Four tries in the opening twenty minutes saw a lightning fast hat trick from the mercurial Meg Jones, the Red Rose centre at her best.
Asked about what more can be said about Jones, the head coach added: "Well, firstly, it's my job to mention how well the whole team did today.
"But, to answer your question: with everything she has been through to continue being a leader, to continue fronting up in training, to continue to challenge the coaches, to continue to be the first out and last in at every training session, that speaks to her character and is exactly how you get performances like the one you saw from her today.
"I watch girls watch her. The media can get excited about Meg, the fans can get excited about Meg but she excites and lifts everyone within the club as well and that's one of the most powerful pieces of praise you can give to someone."
Leicester's PWR campaign is set to continue with back-to-back away trips in the coming weeks before a derby day clash with Loughborough Lightning on January 25 at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
"We weren't perfect and there's a few things in the second half where we absorbed things rather than dictating or dominating.
"We have to be careful in not getting carried away. Momentum from today will be important but how we look to maintain that momentum as a coaching group will be our focus for this next week."
"Ultimately we can only take things one game at a time but I can say we're already looking forward to being back home in three weeks."
