Shareholders approve share subscription

Leicester Football Club Plc shareholders have approved, by way of a vote, all three (3) resolutions presented to them at the General Meeting on Friday, March 3 at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.

The resolutions voted upon were in relation to the plans to raise up to £13.0 million by way of a share subscription from Tom Scott and Peter Tom, who are both existing shareholders and members of the Board.
