Tom Youngs is unavailable for selection in the club's final Gallagher Premiership fixture of the 2020/21 season.
The club have made the decision to stand down the front-rower from selection after he was charged following the match against Bristol Bears at Mattioli Woods Welford Road on Saturday, June 5.
Youngs will appear before an online independent disciplinary panel on Thursday, June 17 after being charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the union and the game, contrary to RFU Rule 5.12.
The charge is for disrespecting the authority of the match official (contrary to World Rugby Law 9.28) after the final whistle on Saturday, June 5.

Leicester Tigers will make no further comment while the matter remains open with the Rugby Football Union (RFU).
