The matchday squad for Round 2 of the PWR Up Series away to Loughborough Lightning has been named.
Tom Hudson has made five changes to his starting side from Round 1 for the trip to cinch Stadium in Franklin's Gardens, which includes a trio of players included for their first Leicester Tigers starting appearances.
The three players are Zainab Alema (prop), Leah Heath (lock) and Evie Wills (centre), who came off the bench in last weekend's defeat to Sale Sharks at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Meanwhile, after debuting a dozen players in Round 1, Hudson has included Nadine Vincent among the replacements for a potential senior club debut.
Vincent has joined the club on a short-term loan contract from Cheltenham Tigers.
Natasha Jones (fly-half) and Morgan Richardson (flanker), who are foundation members of the club's women's programme, will become the first players to reach the milestone of 40 appearances for Leicester Tigers after being named in the starting side.
In the pack, the changes include Alema and Jade Jones as the starting props and Heath in the second row. While, in the backs, Charlotte Daley will make her first start of the new season and Scotland international Wills partners Katie Childs in the midfield.
On the bench, Sarah Nicholas is also included for what will be her first appearance if used by Hudson.
Roisin McBrien captains the side for a second successive match after leading the team out at home last weekend.
