Three Leicester Tigers players have been included in the USA squad for the inaugural WXV 2 competition.
Back-row Tahlia Brody, fullback Tess Feury and prop Keia Mae Sagapolu have all been included in the 29-woman squad.
The Eagles will fly out to South Africa to compete in the tournament, where they will face Samoa (October 14), Scotland (October 20) and Italy (October 28).
The trio will then return to the midlands at the beginning of November to bolster the Tigers squad ahead of the commencement of the 2023/24 Allianz Premiership Women's Rugby season, with Tigers' opening round fixture confirmed against Exeter Chiefs for the weekend of November 18, at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
