Manu Tuilagi has been cited following the Champions Cup match against Munster Rugby at Welford Road on Sunday afternoon.

Tuilagi has been cited, after European Rugby organisers EPCR received a complaint against the Leicester Tigers centre.

Tuilagi is alleged to have tackled Munster Rugby flanker Chris Cloete dangerously in the 49th minute of the match in contravention of Law 10.4 (e).

EPCR received the complaint from the fixture’s Citing Commissioner, Jeff Mark, from Wales.

Appointed to the Independent Disciplinary Committee are Chairperson, Pamela Woodman (Scotland), Roger Morris (Wales) and Nigel Williams (Wales).

The Committee will convene for the hearing in London tomorrow (Wednesday, December 20) evening.
