Evie Wills has won the 15 Under 23 MVP away for December.
The Leicester Tigers and Scotland centre won the women's vote, with Ben Redshaw from Newcastle Falcons winning the men's award, handed out by the Rugby Players Association (RPA)..
Wills has started in the past eleven successive fixtures for the women's side across all competitions and, throughout December, played every minute of every game for the club.
The Scotland international joined the club ahead of the debut PWR campaign but, through injury, missed the 23/24 season before debuting during the opening rounds of the current season.
The women's side are back in action at home on Saturday, January 25, for a Derby Day clash with Loughborough Lightning.
