Leicester Tigers can confirm the Women's Senior Squad ahead of the club's debut league campaign in the Women’s Championship North 1 competition.

The squad have commenced pre-season training at the club’s Oval Park training ground, under the guidance of Head of Women’s Rugby Vicky Macqueen, in preparation for the 22/23 campaign.
Fixtures for the season have been announced and are available to see HERE, including ticket information.
The women’s side will play six matches at Mattioli Woods Welford Road, with the club launching a Women’s Season Ticket to watch all games at the club’s home ground.
Women’s Season Tickets will be available to purchase from Wednesday, August 10 from the Ticket Office.
Speaking about the squad announcement, Macqueen said: “We are seeing a brand new group of supporters come to the women’s game and the number one goal is for them to have fun, enjoying the action from the stands and seeing ladies represent Leicester Tigers.”
“Following the much publicised success of women’s football in this country and the incredible tournament we all witnessed, with England’s Lionesses lifting the trophy at the end in front of record supporter numbers, it is a very exciting time for women’s sport.
“While we are a few years behind where the Lionesses are, you can see the passion for women’s sports in this country and when we add that to the passion of Leicester Tigers supporters it is great to be a part of this early stage at the club.
“The team are so excited to have the chance to play at Mattioli Woods Welford Road and we think matchdays will be a little bit different but just as much fun.”
