The Leicester Tigers Hitz project has helped me grow in confidence and I have found it to be really informative. It has given me the opportunity to do things I never thought I would be able to do whilst gaining the skills that are going to help me get full time employment.

HITZ
This year, we are incredibly excited to offer our ground breaking HITZ programme once again, for young people in the local community, who are currently not in education, employment or training. Our programme is aimed at supporting young people to progress into education, employment or training, via developing skills and gaining work experience.
This year will see a new and exciting partnership with the Discovery Schools Academy Trust, ensuring opportunities throughout the year for young people to change their path in a positive direction, towards the world of work.
