Horacio Agulla, Marcos Ayerza, Steve Mafi, Julian Salvi, Matt Smith and Thomas Waldrom are shortlisted for the Player of the Season award.
Mafi is also nominated for the Young Player award alongside George Ford, Andy Forsyth and Sam Harrison.
Salvi, Graham Kitchener, Niall Morris and Logovi'i Mulipola contest the Newcomer award, while long-serving duo George Chuter and Louis Deacon are nominated for the Outstanding Service Award.
The Try of the Year is voted for on the evening of the awards dinner.
