All supporters are invited to our Leicester Tigers Family Fun Day, to celebrate the grand opening of our brand-new Club Shop on Wednesday, August 23.
The event will begin at 11am and finish at 6.30pm, a full day of celebration ahead of the new season on the horizon.
Throughout the day there will be player meet and greets with members of both the men and women's teams alongside a selection of activities that are fun for the whole family.
Supporters have the chance to catch some of the new Tigers in town with appearances with appearances from Josh Bassett, Charlotte Fray, Ollie Hassell-Collins and Celia Quansah (from 11.30am – 1.30pm).
Later in the day (from 4.30pm – 6.30pm), there will be the opportunity for more meet & greets, with Tigers stars Joe Heyes, Hanro Liebenberg, Lucy Nye and new Tiger Amanda Swartz.
There will also be a whole host of activities on the plaza which will include:
- Meet & Greet with players, grab a signature and photograph!
- Free activities on the Plaza and in the Final Whistle bar
- X marks the spot' with club partner Topps Tiles
- Food and Drink available to purchase including a BBQ and Ice Cream van
- Raffle, with prizes to be drawn throughout the day
- Everyone's favourite Tigers mascots, Stealth and Welford!
The new Club Shop, located beneath the Hotel Brooklyn and facing onto Aylestone Road, will be officially open to all from 11am.
The newly built club shop will house all this season's new kit alongside a range of new Tigers’ merchandise ranges for supporters to get their hands on.
Please note: The stadium runs cashless payments only.
Additionally, customers can look forward to enjoying Jenno’s Coffee House, which will be opening during the family fun day for those looking to grab a slice of cake and a coffee.
For those supporters looking to drive in, Parking will be available for free on a first come, first serve basis in the Crumbie Car Park on the day.
Please note: the launch of this new Club Shop will see the store beneath the Europcar stand revert to operating only on scheduled match-days.
