Peter Betham, Owen Williams and Marcos Ayerza are among the senior players recalled by Leicester Tigers for Saturday's Anglo-Welsh Cup fixture against Newport Gwent Dragons at Welford Road (3pm).
Betham and Williams join a backline which also includes Adam Thompstone and Freddie Burns, while Ayerza rejoins the front row in a pack which also sees a return to action for Graham Kitchener and a first start of the season for Tom Croft in the back row.
Scrum-half Sam Harrison captains Tigers in the second game in the knockout tournament following a 21-20 victory over Bath at The Recreation Ground in the opener last Friday.
