Jimmy Gopperth of Wasps will appear before an RFU Disciplinary Panel on Tuesday (November 3) for punching or striking, contrary to law 10.4(a), during the match against Leicester Tigers on Sunday.The Panel is being chaired by William Harbage QC as a sole Judicial Officer.
