Dan Cole played the full 80 minutes for the second tour fixture in a row as the British & Irish Lions were pegged back by the Hurricanes to draw 31-31 on Tuesday.
Leicester Tigers prop Cole, who played the full match against the Chiefs last week, followed it up with another 80-minute shift in Wellington.
The Lions scored three tries through Tommy Seymour (2) and George North, while Dan Biggar kicked two conversions and four penalties.
The tourists led 23-7 at half-time and 31-7 around the hour mark but were made to pay for Iain Henderson’s yellow card as Wes Goosen and Vaea Fifita crossed to secure a draw following earlier tries for Callum Gibbins and Ngani Laumape.
The Lions are back at the Westpac Stadium on Saturday for the second Test against New Zealand (kick-off 8.35am BST).
Tigers fans can watch the game at our Kegs and Eggs morning. Watch the action on our big screen in the Final Whistle as well as enjoying breakfast.
