Flanker Hanro Liebenberg captains a starting selection which features flyhalf Handré Pollard and flying wing pairing, Ollie Hassell-Collins and Adam Radwan.
The exhibition will give the likes of Izaia Perese, Olly Cracknell and club captain Julián Montoya much needed game time ahead of the Gallagher Premiership's return next week.
