Leicester Tigers centre Dan Kelly will depart the club at the end of the season, taking up a new opportunity in Ireland with Munster Rugby.

Kelly joined the club in 2020 from Loughborough University, making the first of his 91 appearances to date in Tigers colours against Gloucester that year.

The 23-year-old, who represented Ireland at U20 level, became a senior international in 2021, earning a senior England cap against Canada.

Leicester Tigers General Manager, Richard Wilks said: “Dan is a great member of our club and, while we will farewell him properly at the end of his time at the club, we wish him all the very best with this next chapter in his career in Ireland.”

“Since joining us from Loughborough University he has been totally committed and professional in everything he does for the team which will continue for the rest of his time with us.”
