This week marks National Inclusion Week (September 27-October 1) with the Leicester Tigers Foundation team celebrating some of its great work in the community.
The Foundation runs a variety of programmes to create opportunities for under-represented groups to engage and take part in rugby, as well as experience the values of sport.
Club mascot Welford will be attempting to run the London Marathon this weekend hoping to raise a significant sum towards the funding of local projects. You can still support the run by texting TIGERS to 70201 to donate £1, TIGERS to 70970 to donate £5 or TIGERS to 70191 to donate £10.
The focus of the Foundation is driven by its core values, helping others across five key areas - Disability in Sport, Community Cohesion, Health, Education and Charities.
Everyone is welcome to be part of the Tigers family and, whether you're taking part in a programme or want to support our Foundation through volunteering, sponsorship or fundraising, there are a number of ways to be part of what we do.
