Leicester Tigers’ Easter fixture against London Irish will be a 3.00pm kick-off on Good Friday (April 10) at Welford Road.
Details of kick-off dates and times in Gallagher Premiership Rounds 11-18 (April-May 2020) are announced today, together with live broadcast details.
The Tigers versus Irish fixture has been moved to Good Friday to avoid a fixture clash with neighbours Leicester City FC, who are at home on Saturday afternoon, and allows supporters to kick off Easter weekend at Welford Road with a day out for the whole family.
The club’s matchday bus services run by Orbit Coaches will be in operation and the afternoon kick-off will also provide greater choice of public transport options on a Bank Holiday weekend.
Tigers’ Round 11 fixture away to Sale Sharks on Friday, February 21 has now been selected for live broadcast by BT Sport and will kick off at 7.45pm.
After a Round 12 home game against Worcester Warriors on Saturday, February 29, Tigers go to Saracens on Saturday, March 7 in a game which will kick off at 1.00pm to avoid a clash with England against Wales in the Six Nations.
Tigers travel to Exeter in Round 14, then host Bath on Friday, March 27 (7.45pm) and London Irish on Good Friday (3.00pm) either side of the European Challenge Cup quarter-final against Castres Olympique.
The trip to Gloucester in Round 17 is a 3.00pm kick-off on April 19 in a BT Sport fixture and Tigers are in action on the following Sunday (April 26) at home to Sale Sharks (3.00pm).
