In his first interview since arriving at the club, new Leicester Tigers Head Coach Steve Borthwick sits down with LTTV for a wide-ranging chat about his plans, the squad - including recent additions and changes - and the new look coaching team in place.
The new Tigers boss also shares what his perceptions of the club were as a player and what it was that appealed to him before agreeing a move to the East Midlands after five years as part of the England national team set up.
Borthwick shares an insight into what it is that Aled Walters and Rob Taylor will bring to Tigers and why supporters should be excited about them, as well as what role those fans will play on the journey in Leicester.
The Tigers Head Coach also responds to questions about the "enjoyment" many outside of the Tigers Family have had in recent seasons at seeing Leicester "at the bottom" of the Premiership ladder, as well as his take on the "expectation" that comes with being in charge of English rugby's most successful club and why it is a positive.
