Leicester Tigers travel to Manchester in the second week of the 2023/24 Premiership Rugby Cup to face Sale Sharks.
After opening round wins for both clubs against Championship outfits in the Cup competition, the Premiership sides meet on Friday evening at Salford Stadium.
Leicester defeated Caldy RFC 50-6 in Round 1, while Sale beat Bedford 47-12.
The last time the clubs faced off was in the semi-finals of last season's Gallagher Premiership which was won by the home side, 21-13, to deny Tigers appearances in back to back Premiership Finals.
Dan McKellar has made eleven changes to the matchday squad from Round 1 and included three players - Josh Bassett, Joe Powell and Matt Rogerson - for their senior club debts.
