Leicester Tigers have an opportunity to get back to winning ways as they travel to Ashton Gate to face Bristol Bears.
Bristol reached last year's Premiership Women's Rugby final, defeating Saracens Women in the semi-finals, and are on course for the play-offs after defeating fellow hopefuls Exeter Chiefs Women at Sandy Park last weekend.
Tom Hudson has made eleven changes to his starting side, including bringing nine players back into the fold who featured in the home win against Sale Sharks on January 4.
In the pack, Leah Bartlett and Sophie Benavent return in the front row, while Charlotte Fray is included at lock and Julia Omokhuale is back at flanker.
Amy Relf returns at scrum-half to partner Natasha Jones, Evie Wills and Meg Jones are the midfield pairing and Francesca McGhie starts on the wing and Claire Gallagher at full-back.
Speaking ahead of the game, Hudson said: "We need set piece dominance from our pack and physicality in the carry.
"In the backline we've got a number of key distributors and we want to really stretch their defence.
"I need to see a big performance from those nine girls who are coming back in."
The return of Bartlett and Benavent is a big bonus to Hudson, with the trio helping lead the pack to a 95% scrum success - the league's best - and a PWR-leading seven tries scored from scrums.
Fray and Omokhuale will also be called upon to continue their defensive form with the pair leading dominant tacklers in PWR with 14 and 11 respectively.
Meanwhile, Jones has the chance to add to her seven tries scored so far this season from just five appearances in the league.
Host Bristol Bears, meanwhile, are set to start with plenty of firepower, especially out wide where the league's top scorer Millie David (12 tries) is joined by festive signing Ilona Maher, who made the most metres (155), dominant carries (9) and beat the most defenders (12) in her first start.
"Mindset and effort are non negotiables in this group" Hudson added.
"They're a quality side on both sides of the ball but we expect to create plenty in what should be a pretty open game so, ultimately, we just have to be ruthless in the red zone."
