The new year sees the return of the Leicester Tigers Residential Rugby Camps!
Residentials provide the perfect opportunity for young players to improve their game whilst immersing themselves in a focused and dedicated rugby environment.
As part of the experience players will train, eat, live and socialise together within our outstanding venues at Denstone College (Girls' Residential) and Oakham School (Boys' Residential).
Young players will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of rugby activities including:
- Technical and Tactical Rugby Training
- Strength and Conditioning Sessions and Advice
- Athlete Education (including Nutrition, Injury Prevention, Video Analysis, and Male and Female Specific Performance Factors)
- Goal Setting and Individual Coach Feedback
As well as developing your all-round game as a player, all participants will have the chance to meet Leicester Tigers Senior Squad players from our Men’s and Women’s teams and visit our famous Mattioli Woods Welford Road Stadium.
