Robinson says his move to Tigers from Bristol Rugby has been a smooth one and he is now hard at work during the club’s pre-season.
And the powerful wing, who scored 45 tries in 111 games for Bristol, says he faces a battle for a place in the Tigers team.
“It’s not going to be easy getting into the team,” Robinson said. “You have some big names and big players. I have to prove myself all over again and I am relishing the challenge.
“It is brilliant here. The staff, the boys, everyone has been really accommodating. They have made my transition really smooth and I couldn’t be happier,” the 29-year-old added.
Tigers kick off the new season at Welford Road on Saturday, September 11 (5.30pm) when Exeter Chiefs are the visitors. Secure your seat for the game, and all Tigers home fixtures for the coming season, when match tickets go on sale next week.
Tigers members and season ticket holders have priority on match tickets and are able to book from Monday (July 26), with general sales open to all other supporters from Thursday, July 29.
