Nic Dolly has been nominated as part of the inaugural shortlist for the RPA's MVP of the Month.
The Leicester Tigers hooker has made just eight senior appearances for the club since debuting during the 2020/21 season, including six so far during the current campaign.
In Dolly's six outings this season, the 22-year-old has scored five tries.
The Rugby Players Association (RPA) have launched “15 Under 23”, highlighting young members of Gallagher Premiership squads each month throughout 2021/22 season.
Monthly, throughout the season, six players aged 23 and under from across the league will be shortlisted for fans to vote for their MVP of the Month via the RPA website.
At the culmination of the current campaign, in May 2022, the the RPA’s Players Board will select the final 15 Under 23 of the season to be announced at the RPA Awards on May 25, 2022.
Fans will also get the opportunity to vote for their Ultimate XV for the chance of winning an exclusive prize.
