Nelson Mandela Park is the place to be ahead of the 3pm big-match kick-off and entry to the park is FREE for all. Events start from 11am.
Here is a rundown of activities so you can plan your pre-match entertainment:
Main Arena
Meet Welford the mascot and his new matchday cubs. There is also a skillzone with the Tigers Academy and an extreme speed pass challenge.
Welford Soundstage
Uncle Frank will be heading a bill of live music. They will be joined by By The Rivers, The Chizzitts and The Method.
Tigers Tented Shopping Village
Enjoy browsing through stands including crafts, jewellery, sweet treats, fair-trade goods and children’s accessories. Everards Brewery will be coming along to offer beer samples, as well as having gifts on sale.
JTC Sport Park
Watch and try a variety of sport opportunities, including Matt Hampson Foundation speed pass challenge, rugby tennis and coaching advice. We will have mini golf, golf nets and coaches to improve your swing as well as Ride Leicester bike park and bike mechanics.
Tigers will bring The Maul and we’ll have the LV= Cup for photo opportunities. You could also win a family pass before 2.15pm!
Fans’ Food Court
Serving all your stadium favourites plus hog roast, ice creams and sweets, and a full bar where you can sit and enjoy refreshments at Tigers In The Park.
Caterpillar Plaza
Back at Welford Road, the Plaza outside the Caterpillar Stand will be home to the Tigers Diary Room with Proof, so come and tell us how much you enjoyed your day at Tigers in the Park.
