Leicester Tigers have confirmed kick-off details for the women’s first-ever home game in league action in the new season.

The Tigers women’s team kick off their debut season in Championship North 1 in September and host their opening home game in the league against Cheltenham at Mattioli Woods Welford Road on Saturday, October 1 (1.00pm).
Cheltenham topped the North 1 table last season with an unbeaten record in their 18-game programme.
The Tigers Family have already booked 800 season tickets to watch the women’s team in Championship action.
Season tickets for the women’s team are available now, priced £40 adults / £10 under-18s, with six fixtures scheduled to be played at Mattioli Woods Welford Road.
Women and girls who play for their local rugby club are able to obtain a free season ticket for Tigers women’s games if booked before 5.00pm on August 31.
Club season ticket holders for the 2022/23 Gallagher Premiership and Heineken Champions Cup campaign are able to attend the women's fixtures free of charge. They will be emailed a code on a match-by-match basis to download tickets for free.
Match tickets for the team’s first home game on October 1 are on sale now, price £9 adults / £2 under-18s.
The women’s team begin their pre-season programme with a trip to Bristol Bears this Saturday.
