Leicester Tigers and Everards, brewers of Tiger Best Bitter, the Official Beer of Leicester Tigers, are helping to celebrate 150 years of one of the city’s iconic landmarks. 

Everards have created a special ‘Clock Tower’ pint to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Clock Tower in Leicester City centre. 

The deep golden ale with a hint of blackcurrant and caramel will be available at pubs across the county and Tigers players joined in a special video marking the occasion celebrating ‘scoring tries since 1880.’

Andrea Pinchen, Tigers commercial director, said: “We’re proud to support Everards and the city's celebrations of one of its most recognisable landmarks. Everards are one of the club’s longest-serving partners and their ales are a favourite among our fans – even sharing the ‘Tiger’ name.
