Meet Stephen Harding-Hodder, the 500th Tigers Together member.
Originally from Devon, Stephen and wife Reenie made Sleaford their home in 2008, and have been Leicester Tigers supporters from their first day in the market town.
So too now are daughter Megan and son Isaac.
Attending games for almost 16 years since their move to the area, their love for the team runs deep, and they can often be seen cheering from the Breedon Stand alongside fellow Sleaford Junior Rugby Club families or on the Terrace with friends.
Employed in the Navy and eschewing the typical 9-5 workweek, Stephen has never been able to fully commit to a Season Ticket but still wanted to contribute. Instead, he gave back to the club yearly through an annual membership, which then allowed him to purchase individual match tickets at discounted prices.
"For our family, a membership was always the most sensible way to do things," he said.
"With two kids who are always doing different things on weekends, commitments to junior rugby and an evolving work schedule, this allowed us to be more flexible in our support of the club and the various discounts and special offers means it works out relatively cheap."
Now switching from traditional membership to Tigers Together, why has Stephen committed to Be The Difference ahead of the new campaign?
"When I went to renew my membership, I saw that Tigers Together had been introduced and thought it was a fantastic idea," said Stephen.
"As a family, we liked the idea of helping out the club with a little extra support for rugby operations while we are still offered great discounts on match tickets and at The Club Shop."
As is the option for all Tigers Together members, Stephen is splitting his monthly contribution across all three available options: Senior Men's Programme, Women’s and Girls Rugby and Technology and Innovation.
As for a favourite player, it's Ben Youngs, with the club legend helping to provide a lifetime of memories for him throughout the years.
