Saracens host a Leicester Tigers XV at Copthall Stadium this afternoon (Saturday, 1.00pm).
The host club have announced that attendance will be restricted to 1,000 with tickets available via ballot to their seasonal members only. Unfortunately, there will be no tickets made available to visiting supporters due to the limited capacity and the need to restrict travel as well as support the safe delivery of the matchday.
Tigers are also in action on Friday evening in the opening round of the European Challenge Cup, and head coach Steve Borthwick, said: “As a rugby player, you want to play and it is really good thing that more players have an opportunity to play this weekend.
“Through the circumstances, there are players who have not had gametime since the start of the season. They were able to have time during the restart last season but not since the start of the new campaign. So this weekend those players have another opportunity.”
Saracens will have coverage available via livestream to Wolfpack members on the club website.
