Leicester Tigers players and club partner Thomas Cook Sport surprised young fan Harry Barker and his family at the Leicester Royal Infirmary with hospitality tickets to Tigers' final home game of the season against Bath Rugby.
Harry and his sister Grace both suffer from Type 1 diabetes and were nominated to receive the surprise.
We caught up with the family who enjoyed a day in the Honours Suite at Welford Road.
