Lock Catha Jacobs came off the bench for South Africa in their narrow, 26-33, defeat to Australia and American trio Tahlia Brody, Keia Mae Sagapolu and Tess Feury all featured for the USA in their 14-22 loss to France.
Leicester duo Claire Gallagher and Julia Omokhuale started and scored superb tries for Canada, with fly-half Gallagher named the Player of the Match, in a convincing 21-8 win over Ireland.
For England, Tigers hooker Amy Cokayne started the Red Roses in the high-scoring 49-31 win over New Zealand.
Canada and England, including Leicester Tigers players on both sides, head into the final round undefeated.
